J Team Productions was the first professional production house that I worked with in my career. My role during my time there was director of photography and editor for the behind the scenes team for the Singapore blockbuster movie series 'Ah Boys to Men'. I conceptualize the 20 minute after movie for the Director and coordinated with a small crew to help produce unique behind the scenes after movie.

I wanted to produce an after movie that would help the fans and audience to better understand the concept behind the movie whilst also showcasing on-set scenes that illustrated both the work put in by actors and crew to produce the Singapore hit movie. I filmed interviews both on-set and in studio of crew and actors that help to explain their challenges while filming the movie. I also presented the 'special' scenes that included pyrotechnics and military equipment which was the key attraction of the movie.

By providing J Team Productions with this after movie, I believed I was able to equip viewers with an understanding behind the movie as if they were apart of the whole film production helping to produce the movie from preproduction all the way to post production.
